What is payOnline HR & Payroll Software

PayOnline Payroll is a powerful payroll administration and employee management software/tool that has been designed exclusively for the human resource (HR) employees to make it easier for them to manage day-to-day payroll-related tasks. PayOnline Payroll software consists of various components like salary earnings, TDS on salary, professional tax, bonus, arrears, MIS and statutory reports, e-returns, and deductions such as PF, ESI, loans, etc. that can be used by HR employees for payroll administration and employee management. PayOnline Payroll is also updated regularly to work as per the latest Indian laws, rules, and regulations related to labor welfare, employees, etc.

How does online PayOnline work?

PayOnline payroll Software works on a SaaS Model (Software as a Service), meaning you just have to focus on running your payroll. You access the payroll solution via internet. You don’t have to bother about installation, maintenance, backups and upgrading of Payroll software. Web browser is all you need to access online payroll.

Who can access PayOnline Online Payroll ?

Any Company who is willing to digitize the HR & payroll processes can use this software. You will be billed every month for the number of employees your company has. It includes both active and inactive employees. You will be charged Rs. 10/- per month per employee for inactive employees. Please refer our Pricing for active employees.

What happens when my free trial ends?

When you sign up for free trial, you get exclusive access to a myPayOnline account with full features. No billing for the first 30 days. You will receive email before your trial expires. To continue myPayOnline service, you have to select a plan, share some basic data, and agree to pay the subscription charges.

Can I avail a annual subscription plan?

Yes you can avail the option of annual subscription plan. Your subscription will be based on the existing plan and number of users for a period of 12 months. If there is change in the plan or the number of users, the changes will be reflected in the billing.

What types of payment do you accept?

myPayOnline offers flexibility in payment options as online (Credit/Debit/Net Banking) within myPayOnline using My Account. For any form of offline payments please contact us at sales@aadisoftindia.com

Can I outsource my payroll services?

Yes, You can Outsource your payroll services to us, You can write to sales@aadisoftindia.com for Avail the services.

Can I use Employee Self Service with Desktop version of Payroll on my local server

Yes, You can Employee Self Service with Desktop version also in hybrid mode.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. myPayOnline is a pay per use service and you have the flexibility to change your plan when you wish to do so.

Do you require any long-term commitments? work?

No. One of the biggest benefits of cloud software is that you can discontinue using the product whenever you want. There are no long term commitments or the need for large, upfront capital investment.

Is there any cancellation fee or a lock-in period?

There is no cancellation fee or lock-in period on any of our plans. However if you have availed an annual subscription plan the remaining credit will not be refunded if you discontinue myPayOnline service during the validity of the plan.
